We charge $100 security deposit for any damage or theft the day before check in and you get it back the day of check out after the unit is cleaned.

Located at 9850 S. Thomas Dr., Panama City Beach, FL 32408, conveniently located to everything.

4 adults and two children under 10 is max amount of guests in this unit.

we want everyone to be safe, so we go to the extra step to provide those safety measures for everyone.

The only place permitted to smoke or vape is outside. If you smoke or vape on your balcony, please make sure the sliding glass doors stay closed at all times. Smoking inside the unit is prohibited and may result in an extra fine or fee

Born and raised in a small town in Ohio, but a huge fan of the beach and the Buckeyes. My wife and I have condos in Panama City Beach. The closer yo retirement we get we can’t wait to head south for the winters. We love Ohio, but the beach is better than the snow. I enjoy the outdoors and my dog lily enjoys the beach as well as my wife and I. I be look forward to traveling with them.
